Return Process

- Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds

- If an item is defective beyond the 30-day return window, we can arrange for a repair or replacement to ensure your satisfaction.
- If an item has already been manufactured and you request a return, only 70% of the order value will be refunded.
